Steak is What We Do!
Each year since March of 2008, the Feed the Dawgs Project has traveled to fourteen forts, ports, camps, and bases to provide Acitve Duty Military Working Dog Handlers, Veterinary Staff, Command Members, and their families with a "Thank You" recognition barbecue. Count the smiles!
We pray before we eat, and we remember our Fallen Brothers and Sisters and recognize their dedication and patriotism.
We often travel hundreds of miles to make sure that NO DAWG IS FORGOTTEN!
We foster and promote Brotherhood among Young Dawgs of All Branches of Military Service.
We recognize both "the Boss" and "the Boot" ~ the first steak is always served up by the rankin' man to the most junior Dawg.
We honor and support "family values" and the recognition of wives, husbands, significant others, parents, and children.
We are etermally grateful to those who support our effort with either hard work or contributions.
We strive to encourage others to join in our appreciation and recognition of today's Young Dawgs.
We work diligently at preserving the heritage of
the Military Dog Handler.
We do everything we can to honor those who went before us.
And we are grateful to those who ensure the safety and well being of the 4-footed partners of our Young Dawgs.
And, we do it with Steaks!
